Greenford School Council 2016
The Greenford School Council meets with Mrs Jackaman for half an hour, every two weeks, usually on a Friday lunchtime. Each class has two school councillors who are voted into this position by their class members. The School Council have been chosen as the children felt that they would be able to listen to the ideas of others, to discuss a wide range of topics with their members and to give regular feedback to their class members.
From September 2016 the School Council have been focusing on the following –
- Completing a whole school questionnaire about the school
- Preparing speeches for the Commissioning Service
- Working to improve lunchtimes in school
- Working with Mrs de Chazal to evaluate Collective Worship in the school
If you have something you want us to discuss at School Council please tell your class councillor.
