SCHOOL UNIFORM

We believe that a school uniform should be as simple and practical as possible and hope you will find the following options helpful. It is most important that all items of clothing are clearly named.

Boys Uniform:

Black trousers

White shirt / White polo shirt

Plain navy jumper or school sweatshirt

Plain black / grey socks

Black shoes – not trainers / boots

Girls Uniform:

Black skirt or black trousers

White shirt / White polo shirt

Plain navy jumper or school sweatshirt

White socks

Black / Grey tights

Black shoes – not trainers/boots

Summer months – blue gingham summer dress

An extensive range of clothing with the school logo on is available from school. Please contact us for details.

P.E. Kit:

Children are expected to dress correctly for P.E. for health and safety reasons.

Each child will require:

Black plimsolls (trainers for outside P.E.)

Black shorts

White t-shirt

Plain black/grey/navy tracksuit trousers (Key Stage 2)

Storage bag

Jewellery:

Children are not allowed to wear jewellery in school other than stud earrings for those with pierced ears.  Earrings worn will be covered with tape during PE sessions.

Watches may be worn; children must be responsible for their own watch and this must be removed during any physical activity lesson.

Make up:

All make up, along with nail varnish and false nails, may not be worn in school.  The final decision on what is appropriate rests with the Headteacher

Arts and Crafts:

It would be helpful if you could provide your child with an old adult sized shirt which can be worn during art/craft lessons.
